Directing people to PPL's dedicated Virtual Wallet websites is a great starting point.
The main Virtual Wallet website is www.myvirtualwallet.co.uk. It is the main gateway for individuals, PAs and providers to login to their Virtual Wallet account.
The content on the site itself is all promotional in nature, and the target audience of those that are 'new' to Virtual Wallet. It has a simple structure, with one main page for each of the following groups:
- You and your loved ones (i.e. Individuals and their authorised representatives)
- Personal Assistants
- Providers
- ISF providers
- LAs/ICBs
Each page generally contains promotional videos and 'shorts' (smartphone-friendly videos) and FAQs aimed at those who are new to Virtual Wallet. The you and your loved ones page also includes a summary of the work that we are doing in each LA/ICB area.
The header also enables visitors to 'toggle' to the sister site, the VW Support Hub.
The target audience of the support hub is people that are already using Virtual Wallet. The structure of the main MyVirtualWallet website is replicated, so there are pages for:
- Individuals
- Personal Assistants
- Providers
- LA/ICB staff
Each page has things like user guides and FAQs that enable people to self-serve where possible before contacting us.
The LA/ICB staff page redirects users to our TopDesk CRM portal. This has guidance documentation that is not available to the public, together with the ability to raise and view support tickets.
